AdHero Terms of Service

This Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between MORR LLC ("AdHero") and the client ("Client") concerning access and use of AdHero's services. By accessing or using AdHero's services, the Client agrees to be bound by this Agreement. Failure to comply results in immediate prohibition of service use, requiring discontinuation.
1. Intellectual Property Rights
All content created by AdHero, including videos, graphics, and strategies, remains the property of AdHero. However, upon full payment, the Client is granted a license to use this content for their brand promotion on TikTok. AdHero retains all rights in its proprietary methods and materials used in the creation process.
2. Service Plans
AdHero offers various service plans tailored for TikTok content creation and advertising, each with specific features and monthly fees. Clients may pause or cancel their subscription at any time, but it is understood and agreed that there are absolutely no refunds under any circumstances.
3. Client Obligations
The Client agrees to provide necessary materials and information for AdHero to perform services efficiently. The Client also warrants that all materials provided do not infringe on any third party’s rights.
4. No Refund Policy
Given the nature of digital content and services, AdHero maintains a strict no-refund policy. Once payment is made, the Client is not entitled to a refund, regardless of usage or satisfaction.
5. Use of Services
The Client agrees to use AdHero's services solely for lawful purposes and in a manner that is consistent with the agreed terms. The services are intended for the Client's brand growth on TikTok and should not be used for any unauthorized or illegal activities.
6. Cancellation and Renewal
Clients may pause or cancel their service subscription at any time. However, it is important to note that pausing or canceling does not entitle the Client to any refund of fees already paid.
7. Limitations of Liability
AdHero, and by extension MORR LLC, will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of its services. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless AdHero and MORR LLC against any claims or damages arising from their use of the service.
8. Changes to Terms
AdHero reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MORR LLC is registered.
